Low Force Instrument Adjusting
Often the gentlest methods of adjusting the spine. The patient lies on the table face down while the chiropractor uses a spring-loaded activator instrument to perform the adjustment. This technique is often used to perform adjustments to animals as well.
Flexion Distraction Technique
Uses a special precision table that makes circular and vertical movements to release disc and spinal pressures. The movement, guided by the hands of a chiropractor Physician, creates a suction effect to allow a disc to return to its normal height or a joint to its normal range of motion.
Full Spine Diversified Technique
The classic chiropractic technique, developed my D. D. Palmer, DC. Uses specified manual thrusts focused on restoring normal biomechanical function. Has been developed to adjust joints as well.
Thompson Drop Table
Thompson Terminal Point Technique – uses a precision adjustment table with a weighing mechanism which adds only enough tension to hold the patient in the “up” position before the thrust is given.
